Withdrawal policy
If you are a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be attributed to your commercial or self-employed professional activity, you are a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB (German Civil Code).
As such, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
This period starts from the day you or a third party, other than the carrier, takes possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me, Otto Gerharz, Industriestraße 12, 53359 Rheinbach, through a clear statement by letter, fax (+49 (0)2226 14802), or email (info@ottokeramik.com) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. If you wish, you can use the attached withdrawal form for this purpose.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, I will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by me), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which I am informed about your withdrawal.
I will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. I will not charge you any fees for the reimbursement. However, I reserve the right to refuse reimbursement until I have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
You only have to bear the costs of any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for the examination of their nature, properties, and functionality.
